Color

Density provides a unified semantic color layer for consistent, legible color across components. This means buttons, charts, legends, and more all share the same meaningful colors.

Colors support various warning levels, categorical chart data, and linear scales in perceptually even color spaces. Setting a color variable in Density config can apply this color to badges, charts, legends, table cells, and more.

You can also use Density’s color system in your own custom components with the advanced DOM API.
